Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
- You must initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or installed.
- Electrical parts once opened.
- Customized or special-order parts.
- Clearance or final sale items (if specified).
3. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team at carspareworld.auto@gmail.com or +91 96509 01065 within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Share your order number, product name, and the reason for return.
- Our team will verify the request and approve the return if eligible.
- Pack the product securely and ship it back to the return address provided by us.
- If you are self-shipping an item that costs more than ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or/and purchasing shipping insurance; In this case, we shall not be held responsible if we do not receive the package from you.
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Replacements
- Replacements are offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- We will verify and process a replacement or exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, only if not already processed or shipped.
- To cancel, please contact us via email or phone with your order ID.
7. Wrong Product or Damaged Item Received
If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or something missing, notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear images or video. We will arrange for a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
8. Exchanges
